The item received was very low quality, nothing like on the picture. I have returned it 2 months ago, still no refund. Customer service does not exist, my emails don't get answerred, there is no other way to contact them. I have wasted £70 pounds for nothing, it is a scam company, I would give zero stars if I could.

I recently ordered a couple of items from this site. Really beautiful clothes. Unfortunately the items did not arrive in time for an event however once I contacted goddiva they were great at ensuring I was happy. They really turned my opinion around and I would highly recommend them. Good quality items and fabulous customer service

I ordered a number of dresses to try on for an occasion, I selected one dress (which I am very happy with) and returned the others in immaculate condition, as they were received to me. One of the dresses (the most expensive- surprise surprise) has not been accepted for refund and returned to me, even though it is exactly how it is was sent to me (clean, no damage, tags and security tag attached) Disgusting that there is no way to speak to someone on the phone and no explanation, especially when the dress is perfect! Very unhappy and expect a refund or will be contacting consumer trading. I recommend not buying from this company and spending your money elsewhere if you want to be sure you won’t be conned.

The odour is the one it was delivered with! I have clearly not worn it and it was not on any of the other dresses. I suggest you recheck this dress against others as it must be the material. I would also appreciate an email or call directly to myself rather than a review forum.

Ordered two dresses separately sent them back separately via Royal Mail. received NO communication from them that they had received them. Still awaiting refunds. I’m discussed. I paid by PayPal who are having a problem getting the refunds so I am going to my bank. I have sent the information still on reply

Returned 1 dress received by Goddiva on the 28th Dec 2022. Still no acknowledgment from them. I want my refund. You say 7 to 14 days?!! Where is it? Very poor customer service.

The navy ballgown I bought is so beautiful. A little on the long side but I was able to alter it myself. The quality is excellent. All in all it was better than I expected. It is easy to see that Goddiva is a first rate company. I have recommended to a friend who's looking for a prom gown.
Can't wait to wear mine in March.

I ordered 2 dresses for me and my sister, the quality was really nice and the making was just awesome.
Honestly, I was thinking twice at the time of ordering but after receiving the product I am so happy and can highly recommend for everyone.

Me and my 2 other friends ordered party wear dresses. The quality of the dresses was exquisite. We really liked it.
I was worried it wouldnt arrive on time. But they managed to deliver it right on time. Highly recommended!

Purchased a beautiful dress for a very important event. Dress arrived in perfect timing, fitted perfectly. When trying it on with shoes I bought for the dress, the arm ripped. I reached out to Goddiva on 01/12/2022. I still have received no response despite emailing twice and contacting their social media page. I wore the dress to the event but was only worried about hiding the rip all night. Seemingly low quality dresses

I'm going to report the matter to the police for extortion and fraud, as well as to the bank for complaint about the transaction and extortion! I ordered many dresses, but I only received one a month ago! worst purchase in my life. I strongly do not recommend!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a gorgeous dress for a pageant however when it arrived it was ripped. I have emailed them to sort something out and haven’t even had an automated response. I am quite worried after reading some bad reviews about their responses on returns. So annoying as well because I really needed it ASAP and now have to wait for them to resolve this.

Bought a dress for my graduation and it looked absolutely gorgeous, got so many compliments on it as well! It was delivered right on time, the fit and quality were great, definitely ordering from Goddiva again!

Hi, I received 6 dresses from yourselves for my upcoming wedding and two of them were a different shade. I got in touch to say this had happened and got a prompt reply asking me to return all dresses and they would be sent back to me all the same colour. I posted these a while ago and sent an email and have since heard nothing back. Panicking now as my wedding is now only weeks away so just hopeful someone can get in touch regarding these? I've sent emails and messages on social media with no replies.

They are always on trend, have beautiful colors and the quality is top notch Every time I have an event or an occasion or just a date with my husband, it is my go to website. The best part is, you can feel look and feel like million dollars without breaking your bank account. Now that they deliver internationally, it became even easier to treat myself.

A friend recommended Goddiva to me when I was desperately looking to get my birthday outfit after the planned outfit got damaged(thanks to my 2yr old). Before ordering I contacted customer care to check how soon can I get my order delivered and they were very prompt in getting back to me with details! And eventually I did manage to get a good fitted sequin maxi to shine in for my birthday! I was especially impressed how they could alter it to my length in such a short notice..would definitely come back to them!
